After the peace of the wilderness in Saadani, it’s time to immerse yourself in the vibrant bustle of Zanzibar Stone Town. The maze of narrow winding streets is a treasure trove of both grand and crumbling architecture, inspired by Arab, Indian and European influences.
From the harbour to the market place, the town is alive with trade in everything from the sweet smelling cloves to giant tuna and kingfish. 
Your final destination is the beautiful island of Mafia, just off the South coast of mainland Tanzania. It is world renowned for its diving and offers a great alternative to the busier beaches of Zanzibar.

Pemba is an island just off the north east coast of Zanzibar which offers total seclusion away from the busy streets of Zanzibar’s Stone Town. There are a few exclusive lodges on the island from which you can explore the deserted beaches and coastline. As with Mafia, you can indulge in some of the world’s best diving and deep sea fishing or just simply relax and soak up the wonderfully tranquil surroundings.
