On arrival at Kilimanjaro airport, you’ll be met and taken by car to a nearby airport hotel to relax after your long flight

INTO the Serengeti

02

After an early breakfast, transfer to Arusha airport for flight to Serengeti national park - Seronera airstrip. Meet your guide and enjoy a full day game drive in Serengeti national park with a picnic lunch finishing at the award-winning Bush Rover Migration Camp, a private and unique safari camp right in the heart of the action but away from the crowds.

03

Enjoy thrilling safaris in this game rich area of Serengeti and to marvel at the greatest safari spectacle in the world – the great wildebeest migration. Return to the camp after your game drive, relax in the mess tent or from the balcony of your Bush Rover suite and take in the surroundings before heading to the campfire for a sundowner and dinner prepared by your private chef.

04

After an early breakfast say goodbye to the team at Bush rover and head out into Western corridor of Serengeti for a fabulous full day game drive. The area has an abundance of all the great African fauna in the wildlife rich plains between the Grumeti and the Mbalageti rivers. Expect to see plenty of predators, elephants, large buffalo herds and ever-present custodians of the water, the crocodiles and hippos.  Game drive for most of the day before exiting the park and to Little Okavango Camp.

08

After breakfast, walk along the beach to the fishing village of Mkwaja and learn about the life of local fisherman. After lunch back at the camp, you will visit our research centre to learn about the camp’s projects including our lion research and green turtle project. Every year between July through September, we expect baby turtle to hatch from their nests and wander down to the sea. All of our guests have an opportunity to see this fantastic phenomenon if any are hatching at the time guests are visiting.

Safari in Saadani

09

This morning head out early, before breakfast, for a morning game drive in Saadani.  Afterwards game drive back to Simply Saadani and spend the rest of the day relaxing by the ocean or enjoying more of what the camp has to offer including walking safari or canoe rides at Mafui creek.

After breakfast, you will game drive to the nearby airstrip and take an internal flight to Zanzibar and from there proceed with your onward travel arrangements.
